A qualified management accountant, he has founded, developed and led global businesses across manufacturing, multi-channel retail and experience-led leisure, including The Wave in the UK, one of the world's pioneering commercial inland surf destinations.

With more than 25 years of international executive and non-executive experience, Damon specialises in businesses requiring significant growth, transformation, turnaround or operational improvement. His career spans consumer products and services, FMCG, retail, property, infrastructure, hospitality and experience-led leisure, combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial and operational execution.
